Volunteer in paradise!
Volunteer veterinarians and veterinary nurses are needed for the APS non-profit veterinary clinic in Apia. Volunteers will be providing routine and emergency veterinary services, care and advice for small domestic animals (dogs and cats); from Parvovirus, Distemper, tick-borne diseases, to wound management, TVTs, and everything in between.
The clinic functions with a basic set up, and 5 permanent, local staff; three vet assistants and two admin/reception staff.
NB: Volunteers must be comfortable with high volume spey and neuter work as well as using injectable anaesthesia.
