VBB is sponsoring a select number of vets and vet nurses to undertake AIIMS Basic Awareness training:
‘Course in the Australasian Inter-service Incident Management System (AIIMS) – 22459VIC‘.
As VBB AVERT only deploys to partner agencies within State Government emergency response frameworks, an understanding of AIIMS is a highly valued tool that will ensure volunteers can efficiently slot in and support official response teams in times of crisis.
Our first cohort is a full-day virtual training session on the 28th May 2022.
