Had a great time there… did not know what to expect really but the people were fantastic both volunteers and local staff. It was a great opportunity to do surgery in such an amazing landscape.
What do you think is the best aspect of the program?
I can see that the program is already making a deifference to the stray dog population in the area after only 2 years. The local people seem to be bery supportive and I think that educating the public and raising awareness of feral dog issues has been really successful.

What do you like most about being a volunteer?
I love experiencing different cultures and combining that with my veterinary skills. Also its great to meet like-minded people from around the world.
